Strawberry Fluff is a delightful dessert that everyone loves. It’s light, creamy, and bursting with fruity flavour. Perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet treat at home. This easy-to-make recipe combines fresh strawberries with fluffy whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3 oz) of strawberry-flavored gelatin

  • 1 cup of boiling water

  • 1 cup of cold water

  • 2 cups of whipped topping

  • 2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, then add the cold water. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes or until it begins to thicken.

  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping, ensuring it’s evenly mixed with the gelatin.

  3. Add the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows, stirring until they are well distributed throughout the mixture.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until fully set.

  5. Before serving, garnish with extra slices of strawberries or a whipped topping dollop for added elegance.
