Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup (50g) rolled oats (old-fashioned oats)
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • ¼ cup (60g) Greek yoghurt (optional, for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra thickness & fibre)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a jar or an airtight container, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Stir well, seal, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. In the morning, stir it and add more milk if needed.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy cold!
