Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Begin by placing the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the smooth cottage cheese mixture. If you enjoy a bit of crunch, you can also add the chopped nuts at this stage.
  5. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm to the touch.
  7. Once set, remove the fudge from the refrigerator and cut it into squares.
