Brown the Meat: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and sausage, breaking it up as it cooks until browned (about 5-7 mins). Drain excess fat if needed.
Sauté Veggies: Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened (about 3-4 mins).
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and all spices. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in all beans, corn, green chiles (if using), and diced potatoes. Mix well.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 30-40 mins, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Adjust Seasoning: Taste and add more salt, pepper, or spices if needed.
