Method
- Steep chai tea bags in hot water for 5 minutes, or according to tea instructions. Remove tea bags.
- Make the espresso: Brew your espresso shots.
- Add your preferred sweetener to the chai tea and stir.
- Pour espresso into a large mug. Slowly add the chai tea mixture.
- Steam or froth the milk until hot and foamy.
- Pour frothed milk over the espresso and chai mixture. Leave some room for a layer of foam.
- Sprinkle a dusting of cinnamon or nutmeg [optional]
