Ingredients
  

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Jameson Irish Whiskey (or another Irish whiskey)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Peach Schnapps
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Sour Mix (or ¼ oz lemon juice + ¼ oz simple syrup)
  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up)

Method
 

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Jameson, peach schnapps, and sour mix, and shake well.
  3. Strain into a shot glass.
  4. Top with a splash of Sprite or 7-Up.
  5. (Optional) Garnish with a lemon wedge.
