Lychee Martini

- 2 oz (60 ml) vodka (premium vodka works best)
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) lychee liqueur (such as Soho or another brand)
- 1 oz (30 ml) lychee juice (from canned lychees or bottled lychee juice)
- 3-4 canned lychees (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: Splash of lime juice (for a tangy twist)
Chill your martini glass: Place the glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
Shake the ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, lychee liqueur, lychee juice, and a handful of ice cubes. If you’d like a tangy twist, add a splash of lime juice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into the glass: Discard the ice water from your martini glass (if using). Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
Garnish: Skewer 3-4 canned lychees on a cocktail pick or toothpick and place it on the rim of the glass for a beautiful and edible garnish.
