- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water until tender, then drain.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cooked potatoes until well-coated
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
