Method
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook them in boiling water until tender, then drain.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, salt, and pepper. Mix in the cooked potatoes until well-coated
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
