- 1 can (15 1/4 ounce) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14 3/4 ounce) cream-style corn
- 1 (8 oz) package corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
- 1 cup medium shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together the two cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top with a generous amount of cheddar cheese.
Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
