2 (10.75 oz) cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 (14 oz) can of beef broth

1/3 C. dry sherry

1 envelope of onion soup mix

Directions

Slice the beef roast in half and transfer it to a slow cooker.

Get a small bowl: Mix the remaining ingredients and pour them all over the roast halves. Put on the lid and cook the roast for 8 h 30 min.
