Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 large onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

4 cups beef broth

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 tsp chilli powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot and cook until the onion is translucent.
