Whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, and sour cream in a medium bowl until smooth.
Stir in the Hidden Valley Ranch mix, dill weed, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to meld (ideally, a few hours or overnight).
If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a tablespoon or two more of buttermilk and whisk to combine.
