  • 125 grams white sugar

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Calamansi limes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve the aiyu jelly powder in water. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to allow the jelly to set.

  2. Stir in the lime juice and sugar until fully dissolved.

  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator until it’s fully chilled and set.
